What We Offer:
BOARDING
Lady Raven Stables offers the following for use by ALL of our clients:
Well-Lit Indoor Arena - Large Outdoor Arena - 2 Round Pens- Locking Tack Rooms - Wash Rack - Safe Hitching Posts - 100% Enclosed/Fenced Property & Best of All - a HEATED Bathroom!
MANY BARN STALLS AND PASTURES AVAILABLE! MULTI-HORSE DISCOUNTS.
WE HAVE A "HIGH & DRY, NO MUD, OUTDOOR ARENA". DURING THE WET TIMES, IF THERE IS NO SNOW COVER THE OUTDOOR ARENA IS AVAILABLE.
WE CAN HELP YOU STAY ACTIVE WITH YOUR HORSE FALL, WINTER, SPRING AND SUMMER.
HAUL-INS ARE WELCOME, WE REQUIRE A SIGNED LIABILITY WAIVER
$15 EACH HORSE AND RIDER AND $5 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL HORSE OR PERSON IN THE SAME GROUPT. DROP IN AND VISIT, OUR CARETAKER OR OURSELVES WILL BE GLAD TO ASSIST YOU.
BOARD FEES:
Stall board: Stall rate is $380/month for 12x12 matted stalls, with 12X24 paddock. Add $30/mo, for daily turnout. All Stall board includes bedded stall, outside paddock, automatic heated-fresh water, feeding twice per day.
Full Care Pasture Board rate is $355/month. This includes 1+ acre pasture (1-3 horses) with shelter, hay, fresh clean water and regular twice-daily feeding & horse checks.
We appreciate the understanding of our clients with the most recent rate increase do to the increases in hay and fuel.
Guests & Visitors: All who enter Lady Raven Stables facility are required to sign a liability waiver, anyone on site without a signed liability waiver made available to Lady Raven Stables is trespassing.
For your convenience here is a link to email a request for the current BOARD CONTRACT. Contract is not valid if modified by any other that LRS Representatives; and must be signed by LRS Representative to be valid.

WE OFFER A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!
At Lady Raven Stables we are a Boarding, Recreation and Equestrian Learning Center.
We offer a place to have a meaningful experience with your equestrian friend.
We are all equal, and those that enter here shall respect that.
We do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
LRS, DOES NOT OFFER HORSES FOR RENT or supply horses for recreational riding, sorry. Our friend in South Spokane offers Lessons that include trail riding, Call Jen at Spokane Trail Rides, 509-227-9077; There is also a equestrian rental at Riverside State Park in west Spokane.
We are open year round for you to enjoy your friend year round, SUMMER FALL, WINTER AND SPRING our Indoor and Outdoor Arena's are high and dry . We are also available for you to haul-in and enjoy your friend year round.
HAUL-IN
$15 per horse & rider and $5 per person or horse in the same group.
Signed Liability Waiver (click here) is required for every person riding or not.
MARE MOTEL

Full RV hookups, 30 amp power, water & dump. When space is available.
